As the temperatures begin to cool , MIXT salads are heating up with our latest seasonal cozy menu, headlined by a pair of autumn offerings that feature fresh-roasted Brussels sprouts and roasted butternut squash.
As MIXT fans crave spice, they now can indulge with the Spicy Brussels salad with spicy roasted brussels sprouts, avocado, feta, toasted pumpkin seeds, cabbage, pickled red onions, radishes, savory herbs and an avocado lime vinaigrette.
Our second seasonal salad is The Harvest with roasted butternut squash, candied pecans, sliced apples, blue cheese, savory herbs, and a pomegranate vinaigrette – all made in house.
Included in the Cozy Seasonal menu is the refreshing Carrot Ginger Turmeric Blood Orange Aqua Fresca, making for the perfect pairings on an autumn day.
