Yes. Several menu items don’t include gluten or dairy ingredients, and we allow for complete customization so meals can be crafted without ingredients that contain gluten or dairy. Please note, because we prepare everything in our restaurant kitchens that do have ingredients with gluten and dairy, we can’t guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free. Absolutely. Most salads and bowls can be made vegan by swapping the protein or dressing and removing any dairy. Or go fully your own way with a Design-Your-Own salad or warm bowl.

We partner with trusted growers and purveyors in the regions we serve, sourcing locally whenever possible. Our farm mix changes throughout the year so we can use the freshest produce available—and feature seasonal ingredients when they’re at their peak. When their season ends, we rotate in new ones.
