SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is MG Restaurants, Inc. on behalf of its brand, MIXT (“Sponsor”), 563 Clay Street, San Francisco, CA 94111.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The MIXT SAN MATEO GIVEAWAY (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time on May 5, 2026 (“Start Date”) and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on May 12, 2026 (“End Date”) (the period from the Start Date to the End Date is referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes Period”).
SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE: Each Entrant agrees to completely release Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and any other social media platform or technology provider used in connection with this promotion, and acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform or technology provider.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States of America or the District of Columbia (excluding Arizona, Florida, Colorado, New York, and Rhode Island due to state regulatory requirements) who are 18 years of age or older as of their time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its prize providers and licensors, and each of the foregoing entities’ affiliates, authorized designees and other related entities, and any other individual or entity associated with the development, judging or administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as members of such employees’ immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible persons may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by completing all of the following steps: (1) like the official giveaway post on @mixt’s Instagram page; and (2) leave a comment on the official giveaway post tagging at least one person. No purchase is necessary to enter. All entries must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Entrants will receive one (1) entry for each unique comment left on the official giveaway post, up to a maximum of five (5) entries per person. Each comment must tag at least one person and be unique; duplicate, repetitive, or spam comments will not count as valid entries. Entries from the same person using multiple Instagram accounts will be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received due to technical difficulties, Instagram platform issues, or any other reason.
INDEMNIFICATION: Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the covenants, representations and warranties of entrant hereunder.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby irrevocably grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, license, including the unlimited right to sublicense, to use, copy, edit, modify, alter, transcode, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit and distribute any aspect of the entry or the entrant identity by means of any and all media and devices whether now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the MIXT website and MIXT social media pages.
WINNER SELECTION: On or about May 15, 2026, Sponsor will review all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and select one (1) potential winner (the “Winner”) by random drawing. All results of the selection are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the Winner, the Winner will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the Instagram account from which the winning entry was submitted. In the event the winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
PRIZES: The Winner will receive one (1) prize pack (the “Prize”) consisting of the following: (a) one (1) Backhaus gift card with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $25.00; (b) one (1) gift box of brigadeiro truffles or cookies from Tiny B Chocolate with an ARV of $29.00; and (c) $100.00 in MIXT credits, issued as four (4) separate $25.00 credits, each valid for one (1) transaction only within ninety (90) days from the date issued and redeemable at the MIXT San Mateo location only or through the MIXT app for orders placed at the San Mateo location; any unused credit amount from each transaction will be forfeited. Total ARV of the Prize is $154.00. MIXT credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, and will be forfeited if not used within the ninety (90) day validity period. The Tiny B Chocolate gift box must be picked up by the Winner at Tiny B Chocolate in San Mateo, California; Sponsor will coordinate pickup details with the Winner via email. Backhaus and Tiny B Chocolate are prize providers only and are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for any delay, misdelivery, or loss of the Prize or any component thereof. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the Prize(s) are non-assignable and nontransferable. Any prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize(s) not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prizes of comparable value if any prizes are unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Winner must respond to Sponsor’s prize fulfillment communications and coordinate pickup or delivery of prize items within seven (7) days of prize notification; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ANY AND ALL INCOME, SALES OR EXCISE TAXES THAT MAY APPLY TO ACCEPTING PRIZES; SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY ANY SUCH TAXES. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.
ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor cannot accurately predict the number of entrants who will participate in the Sweepstakes.
NOTICE TO WINNER: Attempts to notify the potential winner will be made on or about May 15, 2026. The Winner will be contacted via direct message to their Instagram account. The Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide a valid email address for prize fulfillment coordination and, if applicable, account information for MIXT credit issuance. Sponsor is not responsible for communication difficulties, Instagram platform issues, privacy settings that prevent direct messages, or problems of any kind.
VERIFICATION OF WINNER: Potential winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within seven (7) days of prize notification (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ENTRIES THAT ARE ENTERED BY OTHER THAN HUMAN MEANS (SUCH AS BY AN AUTOMATED COMPUTER PROGRAM OR ANY NONHUMAN MECHANISM, ENTITY, OR DEVICE), IN EXCESS OF THE STATED LIMIT, OR FOR ENTRIES THAT ARE LATE, FORGED, DESTROYED, LOST, MISPLACED, STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, TAMPERED WITH, INCOMPLETE, DELETED, DAMAGED, GARBLED, OR OTHERWISE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND ALL SUCH ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. WINNER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE OR COMPONENT THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY ANY OF THE PRIZE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use such winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, Sweepstakes entry material(s), statements and address (city and state) for advertising or publicity purposes, worldwide, and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or modify these Official Rules as necessary for any reason or as required by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify from the Sweepstakes, and ban from any future promotions, any person it believes to have intentionally violated these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or to have tampered with any element of the Sweepstakes without notice to the disqualified or banned person.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules or provisions. Any legal claims arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The MIXT Fortune Cookie Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at store opening on April 7, 2026 (“Start Date”) at all MIXT locations in the San Francisco Bay Area (each, a “Participating Location,” and collectively, the “Participating Locations”) and ends at the earlier of (a) 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on April 7, 2026, or (b) when all fortune cookies have been distributed (“End Date”) (the period from the Start Date to the End Date is referred to herein as the “Promotion Period”). Fortune cookies are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last and are expected to be distributed quickly. Sponsor makes no guarantee as to availability at any particular Participating Location and reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

No purchase is necessary to receive a fortune cookie. Limit one (1) fortune cookie per person for the duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of Participating Locations visited. Sponsor reserves the right to require participants to verbally confirm eligibility before receiving a fortune cookie. Fortune cookies are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. A total of eight hundred (800) fortune cookies will be distributed across all Participating Locations. Two hundred (200) fortune cookies contain a winning reward code entitling the recipient to the Prize described in Section 9 (“Winning Cookies”). Six hundred (600) fortune cookies contain a non-winning message with no prize value. The distribution of Winning Cookies among Participating Locations is random and predetermined by Sponsor prior to the Promotion Period; Sponsor, its employees, and agents do not know which specific cookies contain winning messages at the time of distribution. Sponsor does not guarantee that Winning Cookies will be available at any particular Participating Location. Any fortune cookie obtained through fraudulent means, theft, or in violation of these Official Rules is void.
INDEMNIFICATION: Each participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the covenants, representations and warranties of participant hereunder.

WINNER DETERMINATION: This is an instant win Promotion. Winners are determined at the moment a participant opens their fortune cookie and discovers a reward code inside. If the fortune cookie contains a reward code, the participant is a potential winner (“Winner”) subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If the fortune cookie does not contain a reward code, the participant has not won. All determinations of winning status are final and binding. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner, the Winner will be deemed to be the person who received the fortune cookie directly from a MIXT team member at a Participating Location. Reward codes are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the original recipient. Any reward code that is forged, duplicated, tampered with, illegible, or not obtained through legitimate participation at a Participating Location will be void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof of eligibility and to disqualify any participant who fails to provide satisfactory proof.
PRIZES: Two hundred (200) Prizes are available. Each Prize consists of one (1) free cookie reward. The free cookie reward is a code valid for one free cookie at any participating MIXT location for dine-in, pickup, or MIXT Delivery (charge for delivery and delivery minimums apply, delivery not available at every location). Valid MIXT Rewards account required. Valid on mixt.com, in the MIXT app, or in person using the QR code in your MIXT app. Not valid on purchases made via third-party services such as Caviar, Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar. Limit one-time use. Offer valid while supplies last. No cash value. Cannot be combined with other offers. Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. Expires April 30, 2026. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $3.45. Total ARV of all Prizes: $690.00.
Prizes will be awarded only if the potential Winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. Reward codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. No cash alternative or substitution of Prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of comparable value if any Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. ODDS: The odds of receiving a Winning Cookie are 200 in 800, or 1 in 4. Odds are fixed based on the total number of fortune cookies distributed (800) and the total number of Winning Cookies seeded in the Promotion (200).
PRIZE REDEMPTION: Winners are notified of their winning status immediately upon opening a Winning Cookie and discovering a reward code inside. To redeem the Prize, Winners must enter the reward code into their MIXT Rewards account through the MIXT app. A valid MIXT Rewards account is required for redemption; Winners who do not have an account must create one. Reward codes expire on April 30, 2026 and cannot be redeemed after that date. Sponsor is not responsible for reward codes that are lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, or unredeemed prior to expiration. Each reward code may only be used once.
VERIFICATION: Sponsor reserves the right to verify Winner eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules at any time. By redeeming a Prize, Winner represents and warrants that they meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require proof of identity or eligibility prior to Prize redemption. Any Winner found to be ineligible will forfeit their Prize without compensation.
SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR FORTUNE COOKIES THAT ARE LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED, TAMPERED WITH, DESTROYED, ILLEGIBLE, OR OTHERWISE NOT OBTAINED THROUGH LEGITIMATE PARTICIPATION AT A PARTICIPATING LOCATION, AND ANY SUCH FORTUNE COOKIES AND REWARD CODES WILL BE VOID. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible persons may enter the Sweepstakes by scanning the QR code displayed at the register of the MIXT San Mateo location during the Sweepstakes Period on March 5, 2026 only. Scanning the QR code will direct Entrants to a Google Form entry page, where they must complete and submit all required fields to be entered. No purchase is necessary to scan the QR code or submit an entry. All entries must be complete, accurate, and legible. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
INDEMNIFICATION: Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the covenants, representations and warranties of entrant hereunder.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby irrevocably grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, license, including the unlimited right to sublicense, to use, copy, edit, modify, alter, transcode, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit and distribute any aspect of the entry or the entrant identity by means of any and all media and devices whether now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the MIXT website and MIXT social media pages.
WINNER SELECTION: On or about March 6, 2026, Sponsor will review all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and select one (1) potential winner (the “Winner”) at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner may only receive one (1) prize. All results of the selection are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person who submitted the winning Google Form entry. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
PRIZES: The Winner will receive one prize (the “Prize”) consisting of one (1) BODYROK 3-Class Pack voucher (the “Voucher”) valid for three (3) 45-minute Full Body Reformer Pilates Group Classes at BODYROK San Mateo, with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $99.00. All fitness levels are welcome. The Prize must be redeemed at the BODYROK San Mateo location only. VERIFICATION OF WINNER: Potential winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use such winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, Sweepstakes entry material(s), statements and address (city and state) for advertising or publicity purposes, worldwide, and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or modify these Official Rules as necessary for any reason or as required by applicable law. WINNER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROMOTION ENTITIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE OR COMPONENT THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY ANY OF THE PRIZE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use such winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising or publicity purposes, worldwide, and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Promotion or modify these Official Rules as necessary for any reason or as required by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify from the Promotion, and ban from any future promotions, any person it believes to have intentionally violated these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or to have tampered with any element of the Promotion without notice to the disqualified or banned person.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such case, Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Promotion rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules or provisions. Any legal claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules must be brought in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.

SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is MG Restaurants, Inc. on behalf of its brand, MIXT (“Sponsor”), 563 Clay Street, San Francisco, CA 94111.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The MIXT SAN MATEO GRAND OPENING SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time on March 3, 2026 (“Start Date”) and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on April 3, 2026 (“End Date”) (the period from the Start Date to the End Date is referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes Period”).
SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE: Each Entrant agrees to completely release Instagram and all other social media platforms through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted, and acknowledges that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any such social media platform.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States of America or the District of Columbia (excluding Arizona, Florida, Colorado, New York, and Rhode Island due to state regulatory requirements) who are 18 years of age or older as of their time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its prize providers and licensors, and each of the foregoing entities’ affiliates, authorized designees and other related entities, and any other individual or entity associated with the development, judging or administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as members of such employees’ immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible persons may enter the Sweepstakes via one of the two (2) methods described below. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry or the number of qualifying transactions completed. Entries submitted via Method 1 and Method 2 will be combined into a single-entry pool for purposes of the winner selection drawing, and each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
METHOD 1 – AUTOMATIC ENTRY (PURCHASE): Any eligible person who (a) visits the MIXT San Mateo location and scans a valid MIXT Rewards account at checkout, or (b) places an order through the MIXT App for pickup or dine-in at the MIXT San Mateo location, during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entry via Method 1 requires a valid MIXT Rewards account. Completion of a qualifying transaction constitutes one (1) entry per person; multiple transactions by the same person during the Sweepstakes Period will not constitute additional entries. A MIXT Rewards account may be created at no charge through the MIXT App or at www.Mixt.com.

METHOD 2 – ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY): To enter without making a purchase, an eligible person may, during regular store hours at the MIXT San Mateo location during the Sweepstakes Period, legibly handwrite their full legal name, email address, and phone number on a plain piece of paper and deposit it in the designated Sweepstakes entry mailbox located at the MIXT San Mateo location. Store hours are posted at the MIXT San Mateo location. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted via Method 2. By submitting an entry via Method 2, each entrant expressly consents to the collection and use of their email address by MG Restaurants, Inc. for email marketing communications from MG Restaurants and its brand MIXT. Entrants may opt out of such marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any such communication.

All entries must be complete, accurate, and legible. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
INDEMNIFICATION: Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the covenants, representations and warranties of entrant hereunder.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby irrevocably grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, license, including the unlimited right to sublicense, to use, copy, edit, modify, alter, transcode, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit and distribute any aspect of the entry or the entrant identity by means of any and all media and devices whether now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the MIXT website and MIXT social media pages.
WINNER SELECTION: On or about April 7, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received via Method 1 and Method 2 during the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential winner (the “Winner”). Entries submitted via Method 1 and Method 2 will be combined into a single-entry pool prior to the drawing, and each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected regardless of the method of entry used. Winner may only receive one (1) Prize. All results of the selection are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner who entered via Method 1, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the MIXT Rewards account associated with the winning entry was registered. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner who entered via Method 2, the winner will be deemed to be the person whose full legal name appears on the deposited entry. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the Prize, or fails to claim the Prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
PRIZES: The Winner will receive one (1) grand prize (the “Prize”) consisting of fifty-two (52) individual MIXT reward codes (each, a “Weekly Reward Code”), each valid for one (1) free entrée at any MIXT location up to a total value of eighteen dollars ($18.00) per Weekly Reward Code. The total approximate retail value of the Prize is nine hundred thirty-six dollars ($936.00).
Weekly Reward Codes will be delivered to the Winner’s MIXT Rewards account through the MIXT App at the rate of one (1) Weekly Reward Code per week, each Monday at 7:00 AM Pacific Time, beginning on April 20, 2026 (the “Prize Commencement Date”), and continuing for fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks thereafter (the “Prize Period”). Winner must maintain a valid and active MIXT Rewards account in good standing throughout the Prize Period in order to receive Weekly Reward Codes. Sponsor shall have no obligation to re-issue any Weekly Reward Code that has been delivered to or that has expired within Winner’s MIXT Rewards account. A MIXT Rewards account may be created at no charge through the MIXT App or at www.Mixt.com.

Upon delivery of each Weekly Reward Code to the Winner’s MIXT Rewards account through the MIXT App, the Winner will receive a free entrée reward valid for one (1) free entrée up to a total value of $18 (eighteen dollars) (each, a “Free Entrée Reward”). Each Free Entrée Reward is valid for use at any MIXT location. Each Weekly Reward Code is valid for a free entrée up to a maximum value of $18.00 per visit; if the applicable menu price of the selected entrée is less than $18.00, the Weekly Reward Code will cover only the actual menu price and no cash, credit, or other compensation will be provided for any unused value. Each Free Entrée Reward expires fourteen (14) days after delivery to the Winner’s MIXT Rewards account and must be used before expiration or it will be permanently forfeited; no extensions will be granted. Each Free Entrée Reward is one-time use only and cannot be combined with other offers. Free Entrée Rewards are not valid on purchases made through third parties, including, but not limited to, Caviar, UberEats, and DoorDash; cannot be used to purchase alcohol or gift cards; and are not valid on orders placed as part of a group order. Discount does not apply to taxes, fees, delivery charges, or gratuity. Delivery minimums apply.

Sponsor is not responsible for any delay, misdelivery, or loss of the Prize. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the Prize(s) are non-assignable and nontransferable. Any prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize(s) not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prizes of comparable value if any prizes are unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason.
WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ANY AND ALL INCOME, SALES OR EXCISE TAXES THAT MAY APPLY TO ACCEPTING THE PRIZE; SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY ANY SUCH TAXES. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $936.00. Because Prize installments will be distributed over the course of two (2) calendar years, Sponsor may issue up to two (2) IRS Form 1099-MISC tax forms, one for each calendar year in which the aggregate fair market value of Prize installments delivered to Winner in that year equals or exceeds $600.00. Prior to receiving any Prize installment in each applicable calendar year, Winner will be required to complete and return to Sponsor a valid IRS Form W-9. Failure to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 within thirty (30) days of Sponsor’s written request for any applicable calendar year will result in suspension and permanent forfeiture of all remaining Prize installments for that calendar year, with no substitution or compensation of any kind.
ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor cannot accurately predict the number of entrants who will participate in the Sweepstakes.
NOTICE TO WINNER: Attempts to notify the potential winner will be made on or about April 9, 2026. Winner will be contacted by Sponsor via email at the address associated with Winner’s MIXT Rewards account or, in the case of a winner who entered via Method 2, at the email address provided on the winning entry. Winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days of the date it is sent by Sponsor. Failure to respond within such period will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for communication difficulties or problems of any kind, including undeliverable emails, spam filtering, or any other technical failure.
VERIFICATION OF WINNER: Potential winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within seven (7) days of prize notification (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Any potential winner who entered via Method 2 (Alternate Method of Entry) must also establish a valid MIXT Rewards account within seven (7) days of prize notification as a condition of prize delivery. Failure to establish a valid MIXT Rewards account within such period will constitute forfeiture of the Prize in its entirety, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.
SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ENTRIES THAT ARE ENTERED BY OTHER THAN HUMAN MEANS (SUCH AS BY AN AUTOMATED COMPUTER PROGRAM OR ANY NONHUMAN MECHANISM, ENTITY, OR DEVICE), IN EXCESS OF THE STATED LIMIT, OR FOR ENTRIES THAT ARE LATE, FORGED, DESTROYED, LOST, MISPLACED, STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, TAMPERED WITH, INCOMPLETE, DELETED, DAMAGED, GARBLED, OR OTHERWISE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND ALL SUCH ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is MG Restaurants, Inc. on behalf of its brand, MIXT (“Sponsor”), 563 Clay Street, San Francisco, CA 94111.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The MIXT FREE SALAD GIVEAWAY (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time on February 24, 2026 (“Start Date”) and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on March 1, 2026 (“End Date”) (the period from the Start Date to the End Date is referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes Period”).
INSTAGRAM RELEASE: Each Entrant agrees to completely release Instagram and acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States of America or the District of Columbia (excluding Arizona, Florida, Colorado, New York, and Rhode Island due to state regulatory requirements) who are 18 years of age or older as of their time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its prize providers and licensors, and each of the foregoing entities’ affiliates, authorized designees and other related entities, and any other individual or entity associated with the development, judging or administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as members of such employees’ immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible persons who comment “San Mateo” on the MIXT Free Salad Giveaway Instagram post during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered to receive free salad reward codes. All entries must be complete, accurate, and legible. Any comments must be appropriate and relevant to the giveaway. Comments containing offensive, inappropriate, or irrelevant content may be removed and disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
INDEMNIFICATION: Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the covenants, representations and warranties of entrant hereunder.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby irrevocably grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, license, including the unlimited right to sublicense, to use, copy, edit, modify, alter, transcode, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit and distribute any aspect of the entry or the entrant identity by means of any and all media and devices whether now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the MIXT website and MIXT social media pages.
WINNER SELECTION: On or about March 2, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select ten (10) potential winners (each, a “Winner”). Winner may only receive one (1) prize. All results of the selection are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Instagram account was opened. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
PRIZES: The Winners will each receive one prize (the “Prize”) consisting of a code for a MIXT reward (the “Reward Code”) valid for a free entrée at MIXT San Mateo up to a total price of $18 (eighteen dollars). The Prize must be redeemed at the MIXT San Mateo location only.
The Reward Code will be delivered only through an Instagram direct message and must be used in a valid MIXT Rewards account which can be created in the Mixt App or on www.Mixt.com. The Reward Code expires on June 1, 2026 and must be used before then or it will be forfeit.

Upon entering the Reward Code in a valid MIXT Rewards account either on the MIXT App or on MIXT.com, the Winner will receive a reward in their account valid for a free entrée (the “Free Entrée Reward”). The Free Entrée Reward is valid for one free entrée up to a total value of $18 (eighteen dollars). The Free Entrée Reward is valid only at the MIXT San Mateo location. The Free Entrée Reward is one time use only and cannot be combined with other offers. The Free Entrée Reward is not valid on purchases made through third parties, including, but not limited to, Caviar, UberEats, and Doordash; cannot be used to purchase alcohol or gift cards; and is not valid on orders placed as part of a group order. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay, misdelivery, or loss of the Prize. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the Prize(s) are non-assignable and nontransferable. VERIFICATION OF WINNER: Potential winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).
