Introducing Fly By Jing at MIXT
MIXT is thrilled to announce an exciting new collaboration with Fly By Jing, the pioneering CPG brand renowned for its signature Sichuan Chili Crisp. This partnership brings a bold new offering to MIXT’s fall menu, combining fresh, high-quality ingredients with Fly by Jing’s signature spice mix to create a fresh and fiery experience.
The Jing’s Chili Crisp Salad—is a flavorful twist on the classic Chinese chicken salad, by MIXT Executive Chef Matt Colgan. This limited-edition salad features a vibrant mix of romaine hearts, cabbage, new blackened chicken, butternut squash, avocado, edamame, carrots, red bell peppers, scallions, and a zesty Fly by Jing Chili Crisp dressing. The salad is finished with a squeeze of lime and wonton crisps, adding both texture and a kick of flavor.
“We’re excited to partner with Fly by Jing to bring their signature Sichuan Chili Crisp into our kitchens,” says Colgan. “We invite those who crave a little heat to turn it up by topping your salad with an extra drizzle of Sichuan Chili Crisp, which is available for purchase at all our locations”
Jing Gao, founder of Fly By Jing, shared her excitement after tasting the new salad dressing herself, saying “This Chili Crisp dressing adds a savory, spicy, depth to salad that makes it so much more satisfying and filling. It’s the perfect warming pairing for Fall and I have no doubt people are going to be hooked.”
The new fall menu, along with the collaboration, will be available at all MIXT locations starting October 23, 2024.
