Eat the Rainbow

We’re geeking out over the nutritional power of adding color to our bowls this spring. According to the American Heart Association, the best way to get all of the vitamins, minerals and nutrients you need is to eat a variety of colorful produce. Here’s our guide to eating the rainbow at MIXT:
