At MIXT, something we are always thinking about is our impact on our community. We look at it as a continuum from how we care for our employees to the waste we are creating from our business practices. We’re not perfect. But we raise the bar for ourselves every day in pursuit of zero-waste, responsible food sourcing, and making a positive impact on our planet. We’re grateful that every year on April 22nd, the Earth is celebrated. It’s a good reminder that there’s a lot of work to do, and we are all in this together.
